Hi, I’m Kayla.
Supporting people has been a thread throughout my career long before McArthur & Company had a name.
I’ve spent years working alongside people, businesses, organizations, clients, and teams—and I’ve seen again and again what can happen when someone has the right support around them.
Sometimes people don’t need another idea. They need someone who can help carry it forward.
I believe I’ve been given a servant’s heart, and there is genuine joy for me in helping people grow—whether that means bringing calm to something complicated, finding a solution, coordinating the details, following through on what needs attention, or simply becoming the dependable person someone knows they don’t have to chase.
That’s why I created McArthur & Company. I wanted to build a company where thoughtful service and strong follow-through aren’t extras—they’re the foundation.
And while I’ll always be part of the heart behind McArthur & Company, the vision is bigger than one person: to build a trusted virtual support and operations company that helps service-based businesses and organizations grow without losing the people, communication, and follow-through that make their work meaningful.
